Refund Policy

At Stigma Floral, every arrangement is designed and crafted to order. Because of the custom and perishable nature of our work, we have a limited refund and cancellation window. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of order confirmation, provided the arrangement has not yet entered production. To request a cancellation, contact us directly at [email] with your order number and reason for cancellation. Cancellations requested after the 24-hour window or after production has begun will not be accepted.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on completed or delivered arrangements. All sales are final once an order has been fulfilled. If you believe there was an error in your order or a quality concern upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your arrangement. We will review your concern and, at our discretion, offer a store credit or replacement of equal value.

Custom & Event Orders

Custom design orders and event florals require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. This deposit secures your date and covers the cost of design consultation and sourcing. The remaining balance is due [X days] prior to your event date and is non-refundable once paid.

Delivery & Recipient Availability

We are not responsible for arrangements that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or restricted access to a delivery location. In these cases, the order will be treated as fulfilled and no refund will be issued. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate at the time of checkout.

Flower Longevity

Fresh flowers are a perishable product. Stigma Floral is not responsible for the natural aging of flowers after delivery. To extend the life of your arrangement, keep flowers away from direct sunlight and heat, trim stems every two days, and change the water regularly. Care instructions are included with every order.
